Guest Services Agent
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General office duties including opening, closing, ongoing organization, office cleaning
- Communicate our unique experiences to potential customers and convert them to booked guests.
- Check-in guests for tour departures.
- Learn and use our tour reservation system for bookings, payments and notes.
- Manage guest expectations and communicate important tour and safety information.
- Communicate guest information with tour leaders and skippers and assist where needed.
- Support marketing through social media.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in English
- Highly organized
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to think on your feet and have a problem-solving attitude
- Sales experience is a plus
