The Tsawout Housing Association is proud to offer affordable rental housing designed to support community connection, cultural grounding, and quality living on W̱SÁNEĆ Territory.

This development provides safe, modern homes for SȾÁUTW̱ members and Indigenous community members, creating opportunities to live closer to family, community, and the land.

    •  650–800 sq ft
    • Approx. $1,500/month

  • 2 Bedroom Units
    • 800–950 sq ft
    • Approx. $1,650/month
    • 4 units currently available

  • Priority:
    • SȾÁUTW̱ members (on or off reserve)
  • Also Available To:
    • Indigenous community members
