Vaccine Information:
The COVID-19 vaccine is coming to Tsawout. We have been prioritized to have it sometime in March.

The date, time, and who qualifies is given to us by the BC Government. The vaccine distribution will be closely monitored by Public Health Officials daily.

At first, it will be for on reserve Indigenous community members and their households only. Elders will have priority. Then community members 18+ and their households, essential staff, and indigenous people living on reserve who are part of the Tsawout Community.

This is the most recent information we have. If the plan changes or there are delays, we will let you know as soon as we know.

THE VACCINE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED HERE FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE MODULAR HOME PARKS AND SMALL GATED HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS AS THIS POPULATION GROUP IS NOT CONSIDERED PART OF AN INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY IN BC.

If you are living in one of these developments, you will qualify for
the vaccine through Public Health.
