Member Support

Member Support is a new SȾÁUTW̱ program created to provide timely, respectful, and practical financial assistance to eligible members and families. Current supports include help with funeral-related costs, youth wellness and development needs, and travel support for youth athletes participating in recognized sport opportunities. These programs are intended to reduce financial barriers, support family and community well-being, and help members access meaningful opportunities during important times of need.

Funeral Support

Funeral Supports are intended to provide respectful and timely support to families when a SȾÁUTW̱ member has passed. This support is meant to help reduce some of the immediate financial pressures associated with funeral arrangements, while honouring the importance of family, community, and cultural care during times of loss.

Youth Wellness & Development Support

This fund helps SȾÁUTW̱ children, youth, and families access important developmental, educational, cultural, health, and wellness supports when services are not easily accessible, not fully funded, or unavailable through other systems.

Youth Athlete Travel Support

This initiative helps to reduce financial barriers for SȾÁUTW̱ youth athletes who have been selected to participate in recognized provincial, national or international sport competitions, championships, showcases, or development opportunities. It aims to provide timely, flexible, and responsive travel support for youth athletes and their families.
