VACCINATION NOTICE
WHEN:
Monday March 8 to Thursday March 11
WHO:
- On reserve only
- All Adults living and working in the community
- Indigenous households including non-indigenous family members. This includes members from other communities who live in Tsawout to discourage travel.
- Ages 18 +
- Tsawout Staff
- Day one of clinics for Elders
- Elders 55+ will be contacted to book appointments
- Everyone else contact Tsawout for booking
- Family members will have to book appointments on a separate day from Elders
- It is important for households to know that Tsawout does not know every exact person living here. There is a chance for individuals to be missed. Please call to book.
- People living in trailer parks do not qualify.
WHERE:
- Tsawout Administration Office
- Entrance through the multipurpose room, exit through back of gym.
WHAT TO BRING:
- CARE CARD NUMBERS ARE NEEDED!
