Pay Rent and Account

Rent is due on the first of each month. Accepted methods include pre‑authorized debit (PAD), e‑transfer, or in‑office payment.

  • Set up PAD: Complete the online PAD form (see Forms & Documents) or complete one in the Tsawout Housing Office.
  • Late fees & NSF: Please review your tenancy agreement for grace period, late fees, and NSF steps.
  • Receipts & tax statements: Contact the Housing Office for annual statements.

After-Hours Emergencies

Call 911 for any life‑threatening emergency, fire, or crime in progress.

  • Know your evacuation routes and muster point (see Tenant Handbook).
  • Alarms are tested periodically; notice will be posted in advance.
  • Be prepared for wildfire smoke or power outages; keep a small kit on hand.
