By completing and signing the online application, you permit the Tsawout Housing Association to review your income and assets, conduct reference checks, personal interviews, or review public information to assess eligibility.
Applicants offered a rental unit must sign a Tenancy Agreement.
Applicants are considered based on income, residency, housing needs, and priority is given to Tsawout community members.
Expected move-in is Spring 2026.
Rents will be published with unit listings. Tenants will be informed what is included (e.g., water, garbage) and what is extra (e.g., electricity, internet) before lease signing. A security deposit is required.
- Pets: No, pets are not permitted in the units.
- Smoking: The building will be smoke-free
- Parking: Designated parking will be available for tenants on a first-come, first-served basis

Phase 1 includes 16 units (with plans for more in future phases).
The multiplex Phase 1 offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom accessible, and three-bedroom units.
Units are offered based on household size and needs; accessible homes are prioritized for applicants who require mobility features. Maximum occupancy guidelines apply to each unit type.
